I also have the "Citi Double Cash" although it says "world elite" on the back but it allow me to use MasterCardConcierge. However my "Capital One Quicksilver" is also a world elite and it does allow me to use MasterCardConcierge . After a little research it seems there is a scam going on with the "Citi Double Cash" as they are being branded as world elite (higher fees) but are not actually giving the "world elite" benefits.

Not eligible
Like many other reviews I've read. I too am a Matercard Citi world elite card holder who has had MasterCardConcierge before. I purchased a new phone and tried to reinstall MasterCardConcierge and it wouldn't accept my card. I spent an hour being transferred to six different people who had no idea how to help me. Also, there is no custom support number for MasterCardConcierge so I don't even know who to call. Very disappointed !!

Absolute Trash.
App is a complete waste of your time. My Citi DoubleCash card CLEARLY states “World Elite” on the back above the MasterCard logo. I called MasterCard and they CONFIRMED that I was a World Elite cardholder. When I put my card information into MasterCardConcierge , it says I am ineligible. Extremely misleading tactics by MasterCard and Citi. Advertising benefits and not delivering on them is FRAUD.

Not functional
I’m another world MasterCard holder that can’t get in because MasterCardConcierge won’t recognize my card number. MasterCardConcierge is 2 years old and this seems like an issue that could have been fixed by now

Doesn’t work
So I can log in through the browser, but MasterCardConcierge keeps saying that my account doesn’t exist. It needs A LOT of improvements.

Weird and useless
I tried to use MasterCardConcierge to create an account but I can’t see what I typed.
So I created my acct on a browser, but the I can’t login on MasterCardConcierge . Useless.

A very lame app
MasterCardConcierge does not work very well. It only does one thing, allows you to send a message to a concierge.

My World Cards Don't Work - Useless
I have two different domestic MasterCards -- a World and a World Elite. Neither of them are recognized by the apps. Unless you can get the cards to work, this is app is totally worthless.
It's a shame because MC has some nice benefits, but they are not easily accessible.
Please fix this glitch so all MC World and World Elite cards can access MasterCardConcierge.

Best service is a speed dial to concierge
This is a pretty vacant app that only has information to a very few select cities and even then the data is very shallow. The only advantage I can see right now is that it allows me to speed dial the MasterCard Concierge, but then I could do that from my address book.

Its a smaller World
I installed MasterCardConcierge, flipped over my MC-World card. Confirmed it is a "World" card as imprinted on the card. When I entered the card digits as directed during the registration, my "This service is for World card, World elite cards"
This is a fail. As i have access to MC World Concierge via phone.
Hopefully MasterCard will fix this prior to the launch of ApplePay.

Doesn't recognize my World card
I have had my MasterCard since 1990, and my card has been a MasterCard World card for several years (it's printed right on the card above the MC logo), but MasterCardConcierge gives me an error saying that MasterCardConcierge is only for World and World Elite members.
MasterCardConcierge needs to be fixed.

Stuck in limbo
I carry a Citi AAdvantage Platinum Select (World MC) and Capital One Buypower (World Elite MC), and keep getting a pop-up message upon entering the first six digits of my card number that "this service is only for World and World Elite MasterCard holders" and to contact issuing bank's CS with eligibility issues.
Banks both say to contact MasterCardConcierge 's support......

Does not recognize cards
MasterCardConcierge requires you to validate your status but does not recognize status properly. Looking forward to the fix. In the meantime, 1 star :/
