How to fix MasterCard Concierge app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MasterCard Concierge app on iPhone
Update MasterCard Concierge app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MasterCard Concierge iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MasterCard Concierge on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MasterCard Concierge network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MasterCard Concierge Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MasterCard Concierge not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MasterCard Concierge App
1. On android, goto Settings » MasterCard Concierge » click [Force Stop]

Update MasterCard Concierge to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MasterCard Concierge App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MasterCard Concierge » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MasterCard Concierge.

Fix MasterCard Concierge unable to contact server/ MasterCard Concierge internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MasterCard Concierge » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MasterCard Concierge » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MasterCard Concierge
