Like many other reviews I've read. I too am a Matercard Citi world elite card holder who has had the app before. I purchased a new phone and tried to reinstall the app and it wouldn't accept my card. I spent an hour being transferred to six different people who had no idea how to help me. Also, there is no custom support number for the app so I don't even know who to call. Very disappointed !!

App is a complete waste of your time. My Citi DoubleCash card CLEARLY states “World Elite” on the back above the MasterCard logo. I called MasterCard and they CONFIRMED that I was a World Elite cardholder. When I put my card information into the app, it says I am ineligible. Extremely misleading tactics by MasterCard and Citi. Advertising benefits and not delivering on them is FRAUD.

I’m another world MasterCard holder that can’t get in because the app won’t recognize my card number. This app is 2 years old and this seems like an issue that could have been fixed by now
