You’d think, given the circumstances (home security), that maybe, just MAYBE Reliant would at least TRY to make a halfway-decent app. NOPE! The only app I have that has constant connection issues. Even worse, sometimes when I arm the system, ReliantConnect or widget will show that it is armed, but I’ll receive a notification 5-10min later that the request failed and that the system isn’t armed. YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLES’ LIVES! Jesus Christ… I know Reliant doesn’t care though. They stop caring the second you sign the contract. Terrible, worthless company!
Oh, and on the off-chance someone with Reliant reads this— CHANGE THE SCENE TITLES! Seriously, could you have picked worse titles if you tried? I HIGHLY doubt it. They’re absolutely awful!

Some features are good like ReliantConnect layout. The doorbell camera is highly unreliable. The entire idea for the doorbell cam is to talk with anyone that pushes the doorbell but it keeps having an error message. Also the camera’s recording function is intermittent. Offer it will record absolutely nothing from absolutely no movement.

The camera disconnects after rain and the notifications stopped and customer support can't fix it. I can no longer access my account online and no one in tech support can assist me with that. I am moving my service to a company that can provide online access and reliable services. Do not sign up with them!

We’ve had so many issues with the doorbell going offline and the technicians blamed it on the internet connection. We got faster internet and we still have the same issues. Worst of all, we’ve had the system since April and the batteries went out in December, even though they are supposed to last 3-5 years.
By reliant is no good
Power was lost at 3:34 pm today. The alarm keeps beeping. Called the reliant security and they said to unhook battery. Looked in panel and the battery was Never wired up - just sitting in panel box. Then she said unplug it from wall - on top of the panel box is the plug and it’s not plugged in anywhere.

ReliantConnect messes up every single night when I try to arm stay. Have to go to sleep with an unarmed alarm system. Doorbell camera is horrible and messes up all the time too. Can’t wait to get a new security system in a few months!!

Missing a couple features that are keeping it from getting 5 stars but it’s a great app overall.

The concept is ok, however ReliantConnect is not that intuitive and navigate through the options is quite confusing

When I “updated” my system to use the two factor authentication, ReliantConnect stopped working.
By time to move on?
I’m not sure ReliantConnect works. We have called twice and IM’d once asking for help. Nothing. Had no trouble with Brinks. Getting the run around. They are getting close to getting a cancelation.

It takes too long to open the doorbell screen after someone has rang the doorbell.
