You’d think, given the circumstances (home security), that maybe, just MAYBE Reliant would at least TRY to make a halfway-decent app. NOPE! The only app I have that has constant connection issues. Even worse, sometimes when I arm the system, the app or widget will show that it is armed, but I’ll receive a notification 5-10min later that the request failed and that the system isn’t armed. YOU ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLES’ LIVES! Jesus Christ… I know Reliant doesn’t care though. They stop caring the second you sign the contract. Terrible, worthless company!
Oh, and on the off-chance someone with Reliant reads this— CHANGE THE SCENE TITLES! Seriously, could you have picked worse titles if you tried? I HIGHLY doubt it. They’re absolutely awful!

The camera disconnects after rain and the notifications stopped and customer support can't fix it. I can no longer access my account online and no one in tech support can assist me with that. I am moving my service to a company that can provide online access and reliable services. Do not sign up with them!

We’ve had so many issues with the doorbell going offline and the technicians blamed it on the internet connection. We got faster internet and we still have the same issues. Worst of all, we’ve had the system since April and the batteries went out in December, even though they are supposed to last 3-5 years.
