Game getting stuck at loading screen,and out pets are invisible, cant play the game. Pls fix it

When I die the game keeps buffering and doesn't let me play. The buffering doesn't end unless I close the game then reopen. I really don't want to have to do this everytime I die. Could you please help me? Thank you in advance.
