I just dropped $400+ on two of 20S units and am ultimately disappointed. I was hoping to upgrade from the SBH10B but man, this is such a terrible downgrade. The app is worthless. The QR code scanning doesn't work at all. Registering anyone in the 8-way intercom makes direct intercom connections impossible. Starting music while the intercom is operational stops the intercom, sometimes, but not always. Sometimes it doesn't kill the intercom right away, but over time. I thought maybe a firmware upgrade would fix it, but the 2.2.2 is the latest firmware and I'm sorry to be negative, but it's terrible.

Sena has the worst ap every, does not connect to my helmet keeps bringing me to bluetooth setttings and says helmet is not connected to my phone whne it is. Shame on you for making me pay for something that does work.

Cannot download the Senna utility app to my Android. Samsung Galaxy s21 5G. Your website and the app store are no help at all. Very disappointed!

I have my Sena outrush helmet connected to my iPhone, but it will connect in the utility app. I have put on the most up to date firmware and am using the newest app. I'm not sure what to do next. Thanks in advance, Brandon

The utility app on my iPhone keeps crashing at start. I have a Momentum EVO. Everything is latest version. I have also found the setup app on my PC (Windows 10) also says my device is not recognised. Cannot open USB. I tried loading the app on my laptop which is current windows version and the result is identical, Does this mean none of the external apps or programs dont work with my Momentum EVO.

Hi there, I am trying to connect my sena to the utility app. My sena is connected to my phone but the app will not register that the sena is connected. I’ve updated to the latest firmware, I’ve shut down app and phone to try again. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks for your help, Sally Anne

the sena 20s will not connect to the app since updating to ios16 should ios 16 be compatable
