Close and restart the Carbon app on iPhone
Update Carbon app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Carbon iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Carbon on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Carbon network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Carbon not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Carbon app issues:

Force Stop the Carbon App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Carbon app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Carbon to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Carbon App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Carbon app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Carbon.

Fix Carbon unable to contact server/ Carbon internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Carbon » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Carbon » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Carbon on android.
