I have a problem with AirPort Utility

- App no longer works with iPod Touch 5th generation and there is no way to clear it off the update list

- Limited control and the user ends up having to do everything off of their laptop

- PC interface is better and more robust than the Mac version

- Proves to be nothing more than a storage hog on iOS devices

To resolve AirPort Utility network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the AirPort Utility App
1. On android, goto Settings » AirPort Utility » click [Force Stop]

Clear AirPort Utility App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AirPort Utility » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AirPort Utility.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AirPort Utility » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AirPort Utility » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AirPort Utility
