Might as well NOT have this app!

I don't get why NSInternational exists if it redirects to the mobile website of NS international anyway for purchasing tickets or viewing prices. It is basically just to view the schedule of a ONE-WAY trip as there is no option for return trip :) app gonna be deleted! Buh-bye

NSInternational crashes all the time no updates of disruption refund part doesn’t work but no ones tells you and log in it never happens with your password. Just print out your ticket it’s the best way because NSInternational is not ready for 2020 what is the same for international trains in the Netherlands

Can’t get it to load Amsterdam tickets

I can’t get tickets I’ve purchased loads into NSInternational . I’ve tried on multiple devices, multiple browsers.

I do financial software integration for a living. If I’m having problems, so are many other people.

No English app!!

I mean really everything is in Dutch!! How do we manipulate NSInternational if we don’t know the language! Better not to have it as we don’t even know how to change the password if we got blocked when we sign in!! They have to understand that their language is not universal, Eng is!

Rubbish

When you make a booking, even if the train times change your saved times in NSInternational never change. My train left 33 minutes earlier than shown in NSInternational and I got no notification: not in NSInternational , by email, or by text. BEWARE. (Compensation delays are taking 36+ weeks too)

Also, in the event your train actually is departing at the original time, notifications are only sometimes working. Track changes might not listed.

Thanks to NSInternational and Schiphol airport, my belief in the ability of the Dutch to organise things well is appropriately adjusted.

Very poor app

I created an account registered through NSInternational . When tried to log in, I was asked to go to the website and enter missing data. There, took some time to figure out how to use English version. Entered details but got an error that NSInternational couldn’t find my house number. There was a “suffix” I had to enter along with house number. Never heard such a thing. Anyway, both Apple and Google map provide directions for public transportation so why bother with this crap?

To make an app this bad you need to work really hard at it

You will download NSInternational only if you truly need to have access to your ticket digitally, and remember you can’t ad your ticket to your apple wallet!!! you are better off printing your ticket out. This is how bad NSInternational is. No arrival times, no updates in app for delays, no train maps, no station maps (there are links to external maps but they are broken) no seat map. No way to change your ticket in app. Now can someone tell me why even have NSInternational?

Fix the app for US if you want the Audience to use it.

Trying to download and login. App asks to provide account info. I get stuck on the address. Bc your database does not have my address ( or any us address not sure) i cant finish signing up and login. Yet tickets bought through your system prompt to open them in NSInternational . And bc i cant finish signing up, I also cant open tickets in NSInternational . Either fix NSInternational or remove the prompt to use NSInternational for US customers. Thanks

This app shouldn't be on the app store

It's so completely broken. I can't log in. I've logged in on the web but NSInternational wants more info and sends me to a Dutch language only site demanding tons of needless info. Water about a half hour but I'm giving up. Truly the worst app and website I've experienced in this century.

The reviews aren’t wrong

You have to work hard to have an app this bad in 2023. Tickets can’t be purchased directly in NSInternational (directs you to website) but then the tickets won’t load in NSInternational - can’t put them in your wallet (it’s almost 2024) so printing is the only option but who owns a printer these days? Bad.

Tickets don’t import when bought online

Don’t use NSInternational. Especially if you bought etickets and can’t print them. Because they won’t load into NSInternational and then the NS service desk is useless and can’t print them for you. Such a worthless app and terrible first experience in Amsterdam.

Horrible App

You cannot select your language. No access to adding tickets you didn’t purchase outside NSInternational . Extremely difficult to navigate. Constantly wants to send you to the website for more information.

Do not download NSInternational, just find somewhere to print your tickets.

Discount only possible for 1 traveler.

If you book a trip for more than 1 person using discount. NSInternational will calculate discount for only 1 traveler with discount.
Meaning, you will pay too much for the tickets.

The only way to bypass this bug is to buy the tickets selected for each traveller.

Can’t login

NSInternational never works for me. I can login ok on the website. This one always says “unable to login, please try again later”.

Also careful when using emails with “+” in them because even the website won’t accept your email when searching for a booking. (Bad JavaScript developers trying to be smart and failing).

My email/password is obviously correct since I use a password manager shared by my computer and this phone so the copy paste comes from the same source. I also typed it by hand to ensure. Same.

Coups be better

What is good about NSInternational is that you can see where you are going and when you will reach certain stations. Can be handy for right connections. For us the platform indications worked out really good.
A problem was the fact that not all trips from our booking showed up in NSInternational . Calling NS International did not help. They were not able to do something about it

It leaves one in limb with no way out.

Does what it’s supposed to

Used to app to access previously purchased tickets, as well as trip details (including transfers, platforms, delays, etc). Worked great.

Great app

Love the fact that you can buy a ticket on the go. Easy to find the right trip. wow, you can even enter your desired arrival time and know what train to catch.
