I used SalusTelehealth before it became Salus and was Video Medicine. Had good experiences then. Now, when I tried to book a dr., the first one took my call and then hung up - The next kept denying my call until eventually he went offline. I messaged another and never heard back.

They also removed the feature where you just list your problem and available doctors can choose to accept your request. Now you can only cold call available doctors.

Unfortunately, when the chips were down and I needed a doctor right away, SalusTelehealth was useless. I am going to have to see how I can get my funds back that are sitting in my balance account. 2 stars because it used to work great, and maybe there is hope for the future.

This service was introduced to me by a friend that has used the service before. Let me say that this service will put going to the doctor and waiting for hours out of business. I'm not sure why nobody thought of this before but this is a very innovative technological advancement in health care that should be taking the world by storm soon. Do yourself a favor and sign up!

So I just spent $50 to find out I can’t get a position to answer a phone call. I don’t like that you have to add money to your account before you can try and request a consultation. That is why SalusTelehealth only gets one star. I feel like I just got robbed and doctors that are listed as online won’t answer their calls or return messages.

What an awesome experience being taken care of over my I-pad. It was much faster than waiting hours in the emergency room or urgent care. I enjoyed picking out the dr I thought was best for me, I liked him and felt he was sincere giving me exceptional information in short time. I really felt he cared about me. I can't wait to tell my friends and family .

No more calling the receptionist, or waiting 3-6 weeks to get in just to ask a few questions. Finally, to spend as much time talking about something until you are comfortable and have all of your questions answered - all without leaving home! This is the REAL webMD but better :)

One of the most genuine, compassionate, team of people running this latest up and coming medical telecam app. I have personally spoken with one of the developers, and you can tell that he and his entire team are you>profit. This is about making sure you get well. It's only getting better from here!!🏆

It's so great to be able to speak to a provider with the convenience of pushing a couple of buttons. With work and kids, this type of technology is crucial to making my life easier.

This is a great Telemedicine app! I am a Cardiologist and want to increase patient engagement. I have been able to get my existing patients on SalusTelehealth to do remote follow up, and I have even had consultations with patients I have not previously known.

I signed up and saw a doctor to take care of my daughter's cold. I was so impressed I invited my family doctor to join.

Love the ease of use. I no longer have to leave my house or miss work for most appointments.

I usually avoid the doctor because by the time my appointment rolls around, I am usually feeling better. It's nice to know that I have a doctor on my phone when I need them now! And I don't have to pay outrageous ER charges, YIKES.

This is where medicine and technology create a paradigm shift that the 21st Century had been waiting for!! The concept is brilliant, the site is easy to use, and the physician interaction is incredible. Video Medicine is the future for our on the go world.

SalusTelehealth is amazing. It’s so easy to talk to a top notch doctor! The wide variety of doctors available is impressive as are their credentials. This is my go-to app for any medical questions.

Very easy to use, allows me to set my own rate as a doctor and see my patients whenever they need me.
