Bosch Kiox 300 system (5.12.0) on my Trek Rail will not connect or stay connected to the bluetooth on my iPhone. When I go into Bluetooth setting it literally jumps from the "other devices" up to "my devices" back and forth repeatedly but never connect. I am an IT guy and literally cannot resolve the issue. Extemely frustrating to have to such an expensive bike that doesnt work.
Nyon Bluetooth connection to iPhone (ios version 14.6, app 5.0.1.0) is very unstable. I have installed and removed the app numerous times, also paired and unpaired numerous times. Followed all install and pairing instructions to the letter. Very occasionally it will connect successfully but when the connection is lost it will not reconnect again. Very, very frustrating and annoying. By contrast all my other Bluetooth devices connect and work just fine. My Bluetooth heart rate monitor has a rock steady connection to the app, what is going on here?
I got the Kiox display syncronised with my iPhone XS, however the display keeps disconnecting if my phone is not in a range of 5 cm! What is wrong with the device? My phone and the Kiox both have the latest software on and the phone works just fine with every other bluetooth devices I have.
For the last 2 weeks or so, every time I switch off the Kiox it loses the pairing to my android phone. When I switch it on again, I have to go through the pairing procedure again. Since the Kiox switches off if I stop eg for a coffee, it means I have to re-pair several times on every ride. It used to work perfectly. Please advise, thanks
hello i get a new bike (cube) equiped with a kiox bhu3600 and i never reach to connect it my iphone (13) i do the sync procedure (push button for 3sec), bluetooth turned on phone add a new device in the app (bosch ebike connect) BUT IT WORK WITH THE FLOW APP.... and never found ... :( thanks for help
I have been struggling with eBike Connect for the last couple of days. It took ages to get a new planned route onto my Nyon. Now I cannot update my activities. The Nyon just freezes on the syncing function. All very disappointing.
Paired for a while then stopped syncing on April 9. Now it doesn’t even go into sync mode when I press the light button for 5 seconds. Tried reinstalling app, turning devices on and off, etc. Frustrated!
Hi, I have the Kiox 3238 and it's on my Trek Domane+ HP ebike and Bluetooth connection from my Samsung phone will disconnect automatically. Sometimes during the ride the Kiox only record part of the ride. Sometimes the Kiox will show disjointed data for the ride. Sometimes it works fine. Unreliable and frustrating. Any suggestions?
