I bought a new TV (Altera) and it has Android 11 version. When I downloaded Shahid App on this TV and tried to open it, it gives me an error that this version is not compatible with Android 11. What should I do?

Hi every time I open the app it works up till I start the show then it shows a message to quit and restart the app it’s not letting me watch any shows and that’s on my Samsung tv although it’s working on my other devices
