My P2S Paperang device delvered today. But I couldn't linkend device and my android phone because of the device is just for China. Not aviable in my country Turkey. I could using with a non-originally app but original app serves more ability. How can i make aviable original app?

Been using for a couple of months only i just purchased it resently. Its a paperang p3 btw. I suddenly had issues connecting it and it says that connections are only available in chinese mainland. Anyone here knows how to connect with this problem? Its such a hassle

I can not connect my paperang.

My Papaerangbiz app decided to say it is connected but no longer gives e the option to print.

My paperang cannot connect to my phone. Been using for 2 years. this is the 1st time i encounter this problem

Connection failed

Been using my p2 for almost a month now (not continously using) but before i can connect it to my iphone 12 now i cannot. I can’t even search the device using bluetooth. But then I borrowed an android phone and it connects flawlessly. What to do? I tried using the Paperang App still no luck, tried rebooting my iphone, still none. Tried searching the web on what to do, can’t find any resolution. I hope you can help me

Phone paired fine with printer the first time. Now getting failed to connect errors.

Straight from the box. My p3 can pair with phone but will not connect via app and cannot connect and activate. Says cannot connect. Also USB connection to PC does not identify it as P3 as the windows software has no P3 in it.

Cannot create an account, it sends me the code and accepts it but will not let me set a password

New out of the box - connects to phone & PC - but paper not feeding just prints a black line when select print? [Paper in Correctly & Closed Case Correctly & 20% Charge]

My paperang is stuck on “connect to the server”. 😩

My Paperang P1 will not print anything. I placed the thermal paper the right way, and I re-installed the app multiple times. Still does not work.

Why i cannot active my paperang?
