My P2S Paperang device delvered today. But I couldn't linkend device and my android phone because of the device is just for China. Not aviable in my country Turkey. I could using with a non-originally app but original app serves more ability. How can i make aviable original app?

Been using for a couple of months only i just purchased it resently. Its a paperang p3 btw. I suddenly had issues connecting it and it says that connections are only available in chinese mainland. Anyone here knows how to connect with this problem? Its such a hassle

Been using my p2 for almost a month now (not continously using) but before i can connect it to my iphone 12 now i cannot. I can’t even search the device using bluetooth. But then I borrowed an android phone and it connects flawlessly. What to do? I tried using the Paperang App still no luck, tried rebooting my iphone, still none. Tried searching the web on what to do, can’t find any resolution. I hope you can help me

Straight from the box. My p3 can pair with phone but will not connect via app and cannot connect and activate. Says cannot connect. Also USB connection to PC does not identify it as P3 as the windows software has no P3 in it.
