How to fix RL Garage app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RL Garage app on iPhone
Update RL Garage app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RL Garage iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RL Garage on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RL Garage network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RL Garage Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RL Garage not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RL Garage App
1. On android, goto Settings » RL Garage » click [Force Stop]

Update RL Garage to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RL Garage App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RL Garage » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RL Garage.

Fix RL Garage unable to contact server/ RL Garage internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RL Garage » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RL Garage » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RL Garage
