I can’t scan the villain logos
The app on Android crashes for me every time I try to go into Purchase Tickets.

Getting error message when trying to create an account - have tried consistently over a period of hours and on different devices - same error message advising “unable to complete your account creation request at this time. Please try your request again”
After downloading app on my iphone SE 2020, it will not allow me to create an account. Error message: "Sorry, we were unable to complete your account creation request at this time. Please try your request again." I've tried 6 times over 2 hours with the same error message. I restarted the phone, updated to iOS 15x, deleted the app, reloaded the app, and still nothing. Please help.
