Close and restart the A360 app on iPhone
Update A360 app to the Latest Version for iOS

To resolve A360 network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent A360 app issues:

Force Stop the A360 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click A360 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update A360 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear A360 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "A360 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch A360.

Fix A360 unable to contact server/ A360 internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click A360 » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got A360 » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch A360 on android.
