- No 24/7 way to contact when fraud is being done
- Difficult to send money onto the card without direct deposit
- App takes a long time to load or doesn't load at all
The app loads until you select “activate new debit card” then a getting a never ending loading screen.
Your card won't let me get my money off ATM, your website is down and your call center is down. What is going on and why have you not contacted your customers to warn them that you guys screwed up everyone's money? What were you just hoping no one would notice all their money is locked?!?!?
App is not updating and is extremely slow.
