ALL REPRESENITIVES ARE POORLY TRAINED IVE HAD TWO ISSUES THAT STILL HAVE NOT BEEN RESOLVED. FOR A WEEK NOW 7 DAYS IVE BEEN CHARGED FOR A CARD THAT WAS ISSUED TO ME ON THE 5TH OF AUGUST THAT I GUESS I RUSHED TO ME TO GET TO ME WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS! I NEVER RECIEVED THAT CARD! I CALLED ON THE 12TH OF AUGUST TO EXPLAIN TOO TWO DIFFERERENT WOMEN THAT DID NOT UNDERSTAND NOTHING AND THEY CUT ME OFF BY PUTTING ME THROUGH ENTER YOUR CARD NUMBER INFORMATION AUTOMATED PHONE LINE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I CALL FOR THE 3RD TIME I GOT AHOLE OF A HELPING MAN WHO DID HIS JOB. HE REACTIVED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THE TWO WOMAN UNACTIVEATED IT. HE THEN ASSURED ME THAT I WILL GET A CARD WITH NO COST BECAUSE OF THIS MATTER I HAD AND ISSUED ME A CARD AGAIN TO GET TO ME IN 2 DAYS. I DID GET THAT CARD IN TWO DAYS BUT STILL WAS NEVER GIVEN BACK MY $25 DOLLARS AND IM STILL GOING THROUGH THAT PROBLEM. IVE SENT SO MANY PICTURES OF MY PROOF AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. ALSO $40 WAS DIRECTLY PAID TO A MERCHANT BY AN EMPLOYEE THERE. THAT MERCHANT NEVER GOT THIER MONEY AND I KEPT ASKING SKYLIGHT TO GIVE ME PROOF OF THE TRANSACTION ID. SO I CAN GIVE IT TO THE MERCHANT. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO ME INSTEAD I GOT SEVERAL EMAILS SAYING IM DISPUTING THE MONEY AND I NEVER ASKED TO DISPUTE IT. MY ACCOUNT WITH THE MERCHANT HAS BEEN CLOSED DUE TO SKYLIGHT ONE SAYING IM DISPUTING THE MONEY. THIS HAS BEEN HELL FOR A WEEK. IM SO STRESSED OUT BECAUSE OF THIS. STILL NO REFUNDS FOR SKYLIGHT ONE MISTAKES.
I HAVE SPENT COUNTLESS HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH NO HELP GETTING SANY CLOSER TO ACTIVATING MY REPLACEMENT CARD-MY RENT IS PAST DUE MY PHONE IS SHUT OFF FOR NON PAYMENT-I HAVE SENT ALL THE REQUIRED VERIFICATIONS AS ASKED-I NEED THIS SITUATION TAKEN CARE OF NOW. THE SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED IS A JOKE. I NEED TO PAY MY BILLS-HELP ME!!!!

First off customer service is so bad! I’m only 16 and I had this bank for almost a year and In these last months I was getting money taken out of my account by someone from another state and I told them I didn’t spend and that wasn’t me and they told me they didn’t know and couldn’t help me!! The person took so much money from me on the account I don’t have anymore money and this was my primary banking since I’m not old enough to get something like PayPal. This is really the worst bank that you can bank with and it really makes me sad cs I’ve been trying to save up for a car and it’s impossible with skylight when a random person can take money from me, also even after there was no money I started getting so many decline fees so I just paused the accounts(I should have done that in the beginning) I tried to ask why they were given me these decline fees after I told them that this wasn’t me spending my money and the lady just kept saying “you Bought something” or should would say she didn’t know and only I can know and that they can’t help at all

This app doesnt even deserve a star. Ive been trying to get into the app for three days to try and close my account but every time i log in it takes 20minutes for anything to load or it just doesnt load anything and you have to constantly refresh the app. Customer Service is not helpful, there was a negative balance on my account and it is almost impossible to send money onto the card if you dont have direct deposit, which i dont because i stopped using the card. customer service keeps telling me things i already know instead of helping me figure out how to get money onto the account. I used paypal and the transaction was canceled. used it another time and the money sent but disappeared an hour later. tried sending money from another debit card and it says the bank doesn’t exist / the bank has my account paused. Its not worth it, if you have to use it, hurry up and find a different card to send your direct deposit to.

I don’t want this card. There are so many hidden fees. All the fees are so this company can make money off of low level service workers who don’t want this card in the first place. The boss pushed this card to solve a business problem and masked it as a gift. It’s not a gift it’s a service one no person would opt into but employees are forced into. This card is terrible tell your boss he needs to pay for the service not us the workers. Tell your company that we don’t want this trash we won’t our money and we won’t it without hidden fees without thousands of barriers and without terrible customer service. We are people and we just want respect not a card that taxes I mean charges poor people.

I don’t agree to the Terms & Conditions because I explicitly said I didn’t want to use this card to my employer. You know the part of your response that you explicitly left out.
We all have to make decisions in our life and everyone at this company is making a decision to exploit already vulnerable people and I will always hate this card and company and people in this company for doing so.
