I paid for a feature and these guys removed it

I paid for a tier that included no ads and wifi transfer. In the last update, they removed wifi transfer from that tier for even purchases prior, instead of grandfathering earlier customers. Not very professional that there was no mention in the update that this change would happen! If they had said something, I wouldn’t have updated. I paid for this product upon an understanding of what it came with. It’s unfair that they went back on their agreement after they have my money. If I buy a car from you, how is it fair that one year later you come back and remove my steering wheel? Bad business, don’t buy from these swindlers!
Lost all data

I did exactly what the developer asked me to and that was restore my backup and it still didn’t work I have lost tons of important pictures and files thanks a lot
I have switched my iPhone from an iPhone 8plus to iPhone X and now I can’t even sign in even though I’ve had this app for months when you redownload even if you signed up with email and password if the app gets deleted all your information gets deleted
And the app developer didn’t even bother to make an attempt to help situation now they wanna charge people for the app and the same problems gonna happen to you down the road
Don’t ever take updates

Had this app for years and now for the second time with an update all photos are stripped of their meta data and uncategorized. Now this second time my phone doesn’t have enough open memory to complete the process and I cannot create enough memory without deleting the photos in this app, which is now impossible. SO it would appear I’ve LOST EVEY PHOTO IN THIS APP FOREVER, never to be seen again. Nothing else about the app matters if you lose what you put in it. Also, there is a link to contact developer which just spins for me. Thanks
