I downloaded your old PV app that had P V with a space and a white logo with a blue lock on it and it had super special photos and videos and now all of a sudden the app says no longer available in the app store and won't let me access the photos I want to know if I can get them back cause I need them.

How to fix PV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PV app on iPhone
Update PV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PV App
1. On android, goto Settings » PV » click [Force Stop]

Update PV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PV.

Fix PV unable to contact server/ PV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PV
