Beware of free 3 month subscription with youcam. I was billed automatically after for 30.99. I don't use the app at all and i have a bill of that to pay with no help of cancelling this since August smfh .

Dear YouCam Support, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent charge of $39.99 to my account. I signed up for a free trial to evaluate one feature of your app, which, unfortunately, did not meet my needs. Consequently, I uninstalled the app and cancelled the trial immediately. Despite cancelling the trial within the appropriate timeframe, I was still charged $39.99 for an annual subscription. This charge is unauthorized and unacceptable, given that I took all necessary steps to avoid incurring any costs. I request an immediate refund of the $39.99 and confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled. I trust this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally. I am prepared to escalate this to the Better Business Bureau if needed, though i sincerely hope that it would not come to that. Thank you for your urgent attention to this issue. I was STILL on my free 7 day trial when This app charged my account the full $27. Out of my account without warming and I am VERY frustrated and I expect to have this money refunded back in my account by sometime this following week or I will definitely be contacting someone in reference to a resolution and it will be very obligatory on mybend for my honest and negative comment on your page.
