- Alerts at night but it’s device related not app related.
- Alerts come after the event has already happened.
- Frustrating to navigate.
- No easy path to change delivery preference.
- Very repetitive modes of delivery: email, text and phone call.
- Registration process is dismal and never confirmed as being completed.
- Useless app loaded on my phone.
- Email info in the wind with a failed app developer.
- Unable to determine from a map what is happening 1300 miles away.
- Alerts get to us in every way BUT this app.

We have been having issues where a notification message call is picked up and the message takes 20-30 seconds to start playing. We believe this is causing a lot of calls to be hung up on. Is there something we can do to resolve this delay. Thank you.
I accidentally took Everbridge off my phone screen and cannot get it back. When I go into the app store, I can access it but it does not download. The typical download icon does not appear.
