How to fix USPS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the USPS app on iPhone
Update USPS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall USPS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix USPS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve USPS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

USPS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix USPS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the USPS App
1. On android, goto Settings » USPS » click [Force Stop]

Update USPS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear USPS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » USPS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart USPS.

Fix USPS unable to contact server/ USPS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click USPS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto USPS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch USPS
