Get Pricing Info for FiservI been using card valet for several years now but, today I went to open it and got this message " we detected apps on this device with super user and other permissions normal used by click bots. for your protection, the app will be closed. Please uninstall suspected or contact support ref: 6909-1 (5461:337A)" I have no Idea what has caused this. the only difference is I replace my old phone with a pixel 6a. any help would be appreciated, as my cards are lock and I have no way to unlock them.
When I try to open the app all it says it Establishing secure network connection. It won't let me get in.
Have not been able to log into account in several months. It was notifying my of transactions on my card and my wifes' card but could not log in, Tried resetting password and that didn't work, tried resetting log in and did not recognized my card. Got a new debit card to replace one that had fraud charges. Tried registering new card with Card Valet and it won’t let me complete registration process , reset password and the credit union can’t find a way to help me. I want and need this protection. Card Valet saved me from fraud on my last card . I need help.

After using it faithfully, and successfully for quite a while, the App started to give me all kinds of problems just in the last month or so. It was “down” and couldn’t connect to my bank for three days, meaning I had to have the bank manually turn my card back on in order to use it. I deleted, then downloaded both Card Valet and my mobile banking app to be sure I was using the most updated versions. About a week ago, the glitches were back .... “unable to connect to your institution’s” server messages, several log in attempts before getting on, and even times when my card would randomly be turned off! After embarrassingly standing in front of a cashier telling me my purchase was denied - one too many times - I’ve completely uninstalled and unregistered from Card Valet. Too bad, because I originally got the app at the urging of my bank after having my debit card hacked. I’ve recommended it to others, but I’ll take my chances after having so many issues of late. I’ll be looking for other apps to protect my card(s).

In the previous version, the notification “bubble” (at the top right corner of the icon) tells you a number indicating new transactions. It was kind of useless because you had to go to each card and check out “recent transactions” to figure out what you’re being charged.
In this latest version, there is an activity tab with the new transactions bolded. But nothing seems to clear the notification. I opened the new notifications several times (so that they’re not bolded), I cleared the notification on the home page and it’s still stuck and the bubble doesn’t clear! Is this a bug in the app?
This is one of the core function of this app: to be notified immediately of any card activity. But it needs to be streamlined and snappy to use: You get a notification, you see what is charged and to which card in the app or home page and it clears. Done. As it stands, it is too cumbersome and defeats the purpose.

I had all my cards linked to my bank account. I go along fine until I go to buy a computer at Walmart be the one I have has died on me. My card is declined when I have more than adequate credit available. I’m in the store, using my card but it’s declined. I get the excuse because there is so much fraud these days. Not at all helpful. Supposedly it is resolved until yesterday when my pharmacy is trying to run my card to pay for another mail order prescription and it’s declined again and again. I was declined for a $10 and a $20 charge on different days. I have only used $259 of my $2500 available credit limit. Why is my card randomly declined at the mail order pharmacy? I can’t get in touch with card services because I suspect a lot of other people are having stupid problems too. They tell me at my financial institution that the problem is card valet. Anyway, this is not another challenge that I need along with this Covid 19 shutdown. This is just total BS. I deleted my cards from card valet. I should find out shortly if it’s Card Valet or some BS from my bank/ credit union.
