this app is such a joke use a different wifi or tv company please. I’ve wasted hours of my time trying to do simple things on this good forsaken app like set up auto pay for my wifi with no luck. Half the time I can’t even log in. Imagine being a tech company without even a functioning app.

If i could give it 0 stars i will fix Totalplay its worthless even the company total-play in getting back to the customers a week later so upset

App crashes every time I enter the last digit of CURP. Probably a field validation issue fix it pls

Totalplay doesn’t work at all, it needs a mayor update.

This company is terrible to work with. The technician steal, the customer service is trash, good luck canceling, and Totalplay is useless. Avoid them at all cost

Why don’t you make it easier to pay you bill, when the FIRST ITEM 0n any page of app has that number.???

Not all homeowners have MX mobile phone and Totalplay doesn’t allow you to use your account number. Guess I’ll just have to use mi this app website.

Totalplay is complete trash. Been trying for months to pay my dad’s bill. Sometimes it lets me sometimes it doesn’t. Now I can’t get in to the account. Will be switching to TelMex or other.

Was this supposed to be an upgrade? Totalplay is completely unusable now. The extra layers of security only make it so no one can access it. How am I supposed to pay the bill?

Totalplay requires access to Personal data without following any data protection and, more critically, without making any sense. This is not a financial application. Why do you need my face?

There is no place in the this app website where to pay my monthly payment. Just advertising trying to sell. It’s very frustrating not to have this type of service.

Unacceptable to ask for biometric and sensitive information when Totalplay preys on people to click through the “accept to sell my information” option. Not subscribing. Hope you get audited.

App crashes after I take my selfie and picture of my passport. Crashes every time I change my birthday. Worse it took two days for it to even allow me to get that far. I cannot believe this is a real app!

Terrible service and app, the new update requires you to verify with your state ID (INE) and forces you to take a selfies… it pisses me off bc the company has weak security so our IP and info isn’t private half the time and now they want us to show our face and verify with an ID???

Totalplay is pure garbage. Just let me log in with my account number like before. I don’t understand how, in 2023, when your IDE does most of the coding for you, Totalplay can’t handle accounts that have an associated cell number that is not a Mexican number.

Totalplay has major security issues. I logged in with my credentials and another persons account appeared and all their private info. I tried to figure it out with the company and they just tell me it’s not possible.
So I can’t access my account but I access someone else’s private information.

The whole app is a scam doesn’t ever let you log in and always asks for your SELFIE OR ID WHAT?!?!?

This is my major lingering complaint:

I receive billing notifications (which I want) and marketing notifications (which I do not want). Totalplay should allow the user to control which types of notifications they receive. All you can do now is enable/disable ALL notifications in iOS settings.
