Heritage was already terrible now it’s even worse after this update. Negative balances are in parentheses now, and they don’t show an actual negative sign or highlighted red to show over draft like they used to. Also I can’t find my account number ANYWHERE on Heritage . I can’t even see it on my statements. Absolutely unnecessary and ANNOYING. Join a different bank/ credit union this one is not worth your time. The ATM at my branch is ALWAYS broken.

Way too many bugs w/ Heritage. I actually told the people in the bank that the touch ID does not work along with some other functions that everyone is complaining about in these reviews, and they insisted that Heritage was fine and all I had to do was delete it and reinstall it. Needless to say, that did not work at all. App is as useless as most of the people who work in the bank. Like they say, Heritage never falls far from the tree!!

App crashes constantly , half the time when it actually opens , doesn’t show transaction history. this app went through some huge overhaul and sold everyone in the fact that it was gonna revolutionize the way we bank with them and it set us back 15 years in my opinion. Considering leaving the credit union because of the way they’ve transitioned

Heritage is just as annoying as the bank itself.
As soon as you open it you get a preview of your savings account. That's it.. savings
You can't see you checking account or see any activity in it.
I mean, most Americans complete most transactions in their checking account so why not include that in Heritage ??
I don't know. Waste of time.. I bank at Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union anyways.. way better.

I constantly get errors and it freezes every time I try to use bill pay and when I tried to add a payee it let me enter everything except the state which was required but not a fillable field. And one of my biggest pet peeves is that it doesn’t let you select if you want your remote deposit to go to checking or savings, you can only remote deposit to your “primary” acct.

I am new to the branch. The people and staff there are truly amazing and great to deal with. However, Heritage is super limited. I’m not able to access my credit card and make a payment through Heritage.
All I can do is view my activity but no options to view my statement, or make an online payment.

I've been using it since it came out and it has been improved on, but important features still do not work. In my case, mobile banking doesn't work. I've done everything to try and fix it, but Heritage just needs improvement.

If I have other apps open on my phone, Heritage doesn’t open properly and tells me it wasn’t opened all the way. Really annoying! My Zelle has been suspended twice. I have to call the bank continuously to have things fixed.

Heritage has been deleted downloaded again and as soon as it opens it’s just a spinning circle I have gone into a branch and the employees can’t help me what is going on how do I fix this

Two days ago I called to try to report this issue. End up spending 45 minutes to an hour on the phone, help me for the agent to say that they would have a specialist. Call me either that day or the next. They never called, and they never fixed it!

iOS: The pop up window is stuck in the infinite loading loop.

iPadOS: Right after the pop up window finishes loading, the whole app just instantly freezes! Forcing you to close Heritage

I am linked to my children’s accounts, and I don’t like that the account numbers are no longer visible when making transfers.

The updates have really improved Heritage .

I had no problem finding my way around Heritage - very user friendly!

Since the update of Heritage, it has been easier and quicker to make my banking transactions, pay my bills, or view my accounts. I can even open new accounts through Heritage, which was very difficult to do before. Extremely streamlined and easy to use!

Very happy with the new features and the ability to view my accounts from other places.

I love the new online banking. Offers way more options. P2P, external transferring, Principle loan payments, enhanced secure messaging! User friendly and works well with thumb print/Face ID.

Great update! I used to dread using the mobile app and now I don’t give it a second thought. Heritage loads faster and Bill Pay is really easy to navigate. Thanks for the new version!

This updated app is modern, sleek and is very easy to navigate. As an added bonus, I am able to link all of my accounts the the MX feature to see all of my finances. And, I can add new deposit accounts right in Heritage without needing to stop into the branch!

I really enjoyed the new app. It makes everything so much easier. Also it makes everything more understandable. I love getting updates on whether or not someone trying to tamper with my account and how Hudson this app stops them.
