Summary of Copdate Problems 🔥

- The app has had issues since day 1, including crashing and kicking users out of their login.

- The map function doesn't work and doesn't pick up shops, rendering the app useless for local drops.

- Must register for local drops through email instead of the app.

- According to a shop employee, free entries will never win, and users have to boost to qualify.

- The app always requires payment for a small chance at getting the shoes.

How to fix Copdate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Copdate app on iPhone
Update Copdate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Copdate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Copdate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Copdate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Copdate Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Copdate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Copdate App
1. On android, goto Settings » Copdate » click [Force Stop]

Update Copdate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Copdate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Copdate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Copdate.

Fix Copdate unable to contact server/ Copdate internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Copdate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Copdate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Copdate
