The TVG app keeps going to a white screen so that I have to shut down and re-boot. This happens at least once an hour if not more. I am starting to look for other online betting apps because this is getting worse every day

How to fix TVG app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TVG app on iPhone
Update TVG app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TVG iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TVG on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TVG network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TVG Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TVG not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TVG App
1. On android, goto Settings » TVG » click [Force Stop]

Update TVG to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TVG App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TVG » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TVG.

Fix TVG unable to contact server/ TVG internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TVG » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TVG » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TVG
