Third day on NYRA BETS and just as I was ready to place a bet the site stopped working. Not a good sign when a new customer can't manage their funds. I have a TwinSpires account and it came online instantly. I watched the race there and had I been able to bet my pick won. NOT HAPPY! I can access anything online except NYRA.
