How to restore a ride that didn't save from Dec 9, 2023?
Equilab will not shut off. Even though on the home page it shows the ride is finished. And saved. Right now it is at 10 hours and counting.
when i finish riding, the road i did, is grey, and there is no walk, trot and canter measurements, just distance and elevation
My app did not track all of the ride and only shows walk, when I've trotted and cantered and took a completely different route to the one showing?? Ideas pls
I have finished a ride and it won’t turn off with the tracking
somehow i've got a "timer" going on Equilab app, even though i stopped my last Track My Ride. How to I stop this darned timer?
Twice now it says problem recording movement. So it records the ride but with no information apart from the route.
Equilab keeps saying interrupted training. I have a Samsung s20 fe. I turned off all battery saving options but still doesn't work. Equilab used to be on the Never Sleeping list but after an update on my phone a few months ago that option is no longer available for Equilab. I really like this app but it is not dependable. How do I fix this?
Equilab won't open
Equilab shows the route but with interrupted grey areas too?! Also the route says I walked all the way when I trotted and cantered too? Have a Motorola G31 phone. Any ideas please? Many thanks
In the last week the app keeps turning off during training. I pressed trouble shoot and followed the advice to follow in the settings. The app counties to shut down during training and says interupted training.
