Ugh. Cannot create documents when adding individual PDF files and therefore I cannot fax. Please help.

Hi; Swiftscan is not focussing on small print. Is this normal? I guess it doesn't pick the right lens on my iPhone 13? Taking a photo is fine with normal internal camera. Regards Bob

I can scan a multipage document but when I try to send as PDF to an email address it doesn't send. I've tried repeatedly. I send to myself to test it and it doesn't work

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SwiftScan app issues:

Force Stop the SwiftScan App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SwiftScan app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SwiftScan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SwiftScan App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SwiftScan app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SwiftScan.

Fix SwiftScan unable to contact server/ SwiftScan internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SwiftScan » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SwiftScan » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
