Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Scanner 360 app issues:

Force Stop the Scanner 360 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Scanner 360 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Scanner 360 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Scanner 360 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Scanner 360 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Scanner 360.

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
