I don’t care about LaRosasPizzeria . I just wanted the LaRosa’s emblem and badge on my phone. It brings me comfort. Not to mention I need anyone looking through my phone to know who is #1. - After God, my wife and family of course.
Buddy Larosa is my dude! He doesn’t know me though. -Fun fact: My sister used to be friends with a niece of his. Best pizza and if the company ever goes down, I’ll never eat pizza again. They serve Modelo if you eat in- very cool. I’m done with having kids but if I ever get a pet it’s gonna be named Buddy. Especially since my wife said we would name our dogs “who and Dey” but she lied that’s not their names now.
The only reason I haven’t got the L tatted on me yet is I’m worried it would go viral and I’d be awarded pizza for life. I can’t be trusted with that kind of a gift I’d blow up and my body would have to be donated to science. Get LaRosasPizzeria

It’s March 16th, 2020, and as we’re all in Coronavirus HELL, I just received an email from LaRosa’s about how to go about ordering from them since their dining rooms are now closed until further notice. Anyways, I was like, “that’s weird, why don’t I have their app on my phone”, then as soon as I tried logging in over and over, I remembered why I deleted it awhile back! For such a fabulous restaurant and a staple in the Cincinnati community, it’s mind-boggling how they can have such a terrible app! With 99% of the population out searching for toilet paper, you’d think LaRosa’s would like to feed these nutjobs and make some cash! But more than likely they can’t login to place their order!! Oh...and it might help if LaRosasPizzeria would get an update more frequently than every two years!!

I love LaRosa’s and I find use of LaRosasPizzeria mostly positive but I do have some recommendations. At the moment one comes to mind though, Apple Pay. I think adding this feature would boost efficiency, and bring more customers in. Since Apple Pay utilizes credit and debit cards stored locally on the customer’s phone it offers easier access to customers without a profile since no credit/ debit card needs to be entered. Further embracing digital technology such as this is necessary to stay competitive. Again I love LaRosa’s, a Cincinnati staple!

The only positive is that it hasn’t crashed so far.
Everything else is terrible from the pictures , the way it functions to the overall design of LaRosasPizzeria . Why do I have to go back to apply a coupon before I order?
Why is LaRosasPizzeria so slow ? It feels broken. I’ll choose an item and it takes about 5 seconds for it to add to the cart why?
When you call Larosas they encourage you to use this “app” so why not make a proper app? All the other pizza places here have a competent app and it’s not an issue at all to use them.
LaRosasPizzeria is so terrible that it actually encourages my family to order from other places!

LaRosasPizzeria has been completely nonfunctional for nearly a year. I have the newest iPhone running the current iOS. During the pandemic you would think they’d want all the business they can get. There have been times (like right now) when I thought, “oh, LaRosa’s is right there. I should order!” But then I open LaRosasPizzeria and get as far as picking pickup or delivery and it just stops and brings up blank screens. So, I decide, “nah. Don’t want to bother.” Because their mobile order on their website also only works in selected browsers. Too big of a pain. I’ve been trying a lot of new pizza places instead.

When you move around LaRosasPizzeria it’s not intuitive, doesn’t show prices on some items until it’s in your order. The address I had to select had the wrong city name. You should be able to choose the correct city. There is lag time when you choose or click on something and when I tried to send feedback through LaRosasPizzeria , and I hit submit I had a message pop up that said the website I was trying to go to doesn’t exist - broken link.

You should be able to open LaRosasPizzeria on an iPhone or any phone that has the capability for biometrics- fingerprint, etc.

LaRosasPizzeria is in serious need of an update.

I am really surprised to see that LaRosasPizzeria has such a low rating. I use it frequently and it’s an easy process every time. You can get to the current deals and it gives you delivery and carry out wait times on the main screen. I think it’s a really well thought-out app, especially considering that LaRosa’s is not a huge company.

I think my 3rd grader could build a better app. The UI is a joke, I tried to pick a new location because were closer to this one and it won’t let me choose “Order Now” when I search the new restaurant, somehow hitting Locations take me to Rome and then when I zoom out and in to get to the proper location it just opens the address on Maps (would seem to make sense to route you to ordering at the location). Terrible.

Does the interface look a bit dated? Sure. Does it work just fine? Absolutely. Had my account made and order placed within five minutes of searching for LaRosasPizzeria . It was straightforward, easy to use, and seems to have worked correctly on the first try.

I downloaded LaRosasPizzeria so I could order dinner. I saw LaRosasPizzeria is rated 2 stars but got it anyway. I ordered my food and put in my info with no problem. I even customized the salad and entree.

I don’t know what the other reviews say except the highlighted one said something about no prices.

I just want to say LaRosasPizzeria has given me no problems.

Love LaRosa’s food. High quality, yet overpriced, restaurant. No excuses for having such a terrible app. Guaranteed crash or other difficult and annoying issues. 4.5 star food, 0.5 star app rating. What happened to the budget relief deal you used to have? LaRosa’s, you’re making it difficult to give you business I cannot afford to begin with....make a functional app a please place your customers before greed....deals would be welcomed in the community. You used to be my go to treat....not any longer. WAY too expensive

I’ve had LaRosasPizzeria since 2014 and it’s always served it’s purpose—ease of navigating menu items to checking out and paying effortlessly. But this most recent update and upgrade gives it a very smooth finish and super clean look! Love it now more than ever <3

Not sure why LaRosasPizzeria has so many problems. It stops at the “select a store” menu and then can go no further. This has been an issue for a long time and no fix. I love your food, but this is a terrible experience

I love LaRosa’s and aside from LaRosasPizzeria, everything they do is fantastic - their food, their service, their community involvement is all top notch, but it is time to farm this out to an app developer and get something representative of the brand. Need to be able to save previous orders and LaRosasPizzeria needs to be an independently functioning app rather than a webpage. It is super clunky even when it works well. I just don’t want to fight through a mobile order. I’d rather go somewhere else unfortunately than mess with it any more. Disappointing.

Not pleased with LaRosasPizzeria. Used it once and Ive now deleted it. I went through all of the prompts, made my selections, checked them before I entered my payment information, but our order was incorrect when it arrived. The supervisor I spoke with went back and looked and made note that I ordered through LaRosasPizzeria , so something tells me this isn’t the first time they’ve encountered an issue like this. Hopefully they’ll fix it, but for now I give it 1 star, and that’s only because zero stars in not an option.

Please save my buddy card!!!
A lot has been improved since I’ve downloaded LaRosasPizzeria at the beginning of COVID. It used to be so slow and has gotten a lot better. Tons of options have been added. But favoriting pizzas/orders is not easy or obviously. And please add a way to save the buddy card. Why can it save my credit card but not my buddy card???

I like that I can store different addresses in my account as I petsit so sometimes I’m not home. I usually end up getting my order early, which is nice. There’s only been one time my order wasn’t quite right, but they remade it and sent it over.

It blows my mind to think how bad LaRosasPizzeria is. Not user friendly, has false or old information saved to your account... for instance I just create an account and find in LaRosasPizzeria they put a phone number for me in the system that I lived at when I was 16 years old. Really how do you even have that information? LaRosasPizzeria needs to be completely redone and if I were you I would pay too dollar for someone who knows what they are doing.

I have no idea why LaRosasPizzeria has such a low rating. I use it with no problems whatsoever. It is very easy to use and clicking through the menu has no issues at all. I don’t know what all the fuss is about...maybe I’m just lucky.

LaRosasPizzeria is garbage. The button to get to the payment screen? Completely non-functional. The same people who designed this waste of an app must also have redesigned their website because now THAT doesn’t work either. What kind of business sees this poorly made, broken app and says, “Yup! That’s great. Put it out there.” Ridiculous.

Time to order pizza from your competitors who actually have working technology.

Almost like it works when it wants to. It’s convenient so I still use it but there are things within LaRosasPizzeria I haven’t been able to access since I started using.

I love being able to order online and LaRosasPizzeria just never works. It lets me add everything to my cart then it won’t let me select the cart to check out. It happens more often than not. Might as well save the room in my phone and continue having to call to place the order.

Is really glitchy and often times doesn’t work. Cart won’t load, menu button won’t work, etc. Definitely needs some kinks worked out.

Try to order a half and half pizza. Gave up and just ordered 2 smaller pizza. So I paid extra, didn’t get the topping I had ordered. Then I got the pizzas and they were very bland. I have always loved LaRosa’s pizza , so I blame LaRosasPizzeria for a custom order gone wrong. On a positive note the girl at the counter was really nice.

Unable to change the credit card in LaRosasPizzeria .

LaRosasPizzeria needs a lot of work because hardly ever works properly. If you try to add a discount, the check out option disappears and it takes forever to get it to come back.

App crashes, call to actions buttons do not work. Try to check out and the only option is to clear order and start over.

Oh well ordered from Donatos app is a lot more user friendly!

Tried to order for carry out and it kept “loading” and never did load. Ended up calling in an order instead.
