It’s March 16th, 2020, and as we’re all in Coronavirus HELL, I just received an email from LaRosa’s about how to go about ordering from them since their dining rooms are now closed until further notice. Anyways, I was like, “that’s weird, why don’t I have their app on my phone”, then as soon as I tried logging in over and over, I remembered why I deleted it awhile back! For such a fabulous restaurant and a staple in the Cincinnati community, it’s mind-boggling how they can have such a terrible app! With 99% of the population out searching for toilet paper, you’d think LaRosa’s would like to feed these nutjobs and make some cash! But more than likely they can’t login to place their order!! Oh...and it might help if the app would get an update more frequently than every two years!!

The only positive is that it hasn’t crashed so far.
Everything else is terrible from the pictures , the way it functions to the overall design of the app. Why do I have to go back to apply a coupon before I order?
Why is the app so slow ? It feels broken. I’ll choose an item and it takes about 5 seconds for it to add to the cart why?
When you call Larosas they encourage you to use this “app” so why not make a proper app? All the other pizza places here have a competent app and it’s not an issue at all to use them.
The app is so terrible that it actually encourages my family to order from other places!

This app has been completely nonfunctional for nearly a year. I have the newest iPhone running the current iOS. During the pandemic you would think they’d want all the business they can get. There have been times (like right now) when I thought, “oh, LaRosa’s is right there. I should order!” But then I open the app and get as far as picking pickup or delivery and it just stops and brings up blank screens. So, I decide, “nah. Don’t want to bother.” Because their mobile order on their website also only works in selected browsers. Too big of a pain. I’ve been trying a lot of new pizza places instead.
