In SD. It’s been 5 years and I’m getting mail from them because there’s no activity going on with my account. They telling me I need 2 government papers to collect my money and all I have is my non drivers license. What else do I need to send? This bank and its app is a joke it never works when I want to use it. I’ve had to have my account reset 4 times this week. The banks on more than one occasion has pulled large amounts of money out of the wrong account (not even my account) and wouldn’t finance me for the shoes I’m wearing if I tried. I will be switching banks the first time I have a free minute!

This is a scam. The phone service ask for you zip full Social Security number and date of birth. Then won’t access the card they send you. No one answers the phone. SCAM

Went from android to apple. Worked great on my android, downloaded Pathward on iPhone can’t log in says I don’t have a account. Called waited for 10 minutes finally got a real person. She’s says there is nothing she can do to help! What a f’ing joke.
