I have the gaia app installed on my Samsung TV, but when I go to watch it, it won't let me play anything. I press the "okay play" button on my remote and nothing. My remote works with everything else on the tv, just not gaia. How do I fix this? I can't watch anything.
My Gaia streaming service freezes over and over. A twenty minute program can end up with an hour or two of my time. When I try to browse it won't allow it and freezes on browsing icon. I've tried everything (restarting modem, reinstalling app etc...nothing works)
Every time I watch a show it freezes every 4 minutes I have deleted and reinstalled a couple of times restarted my modem every other app works perfectly ofcourse I love this app but I will delete if not fixed
For about a month now, I have been having consistent problems watching Gaia on my TV. It has never happens before. Now each time ai try to watch, a freeze frame of a graphic illustration from the show is all that displays. The sound does play and Zi can listen to the show but not watch it. Prior to this happening for about 2 weeks the show would play but the image was extremely dark. I have tried rebooting my system and also deleted and then reinstalled the app. Neither solved the problem.
I just bought a Samsung smart tv. After downloading Gaia, I find that it freezes after 2-3 minutes.
When I stream Gaia on my smart TV or cellphone, I experience frequently that it freezes. What can I do to stop this?
I've just remembered why I never was able to watch gaia but still was paying the bill yearly until someone stole my credit card number. All these years I had problems seeing any show completely'. It would pay for maybe 10 -15 mins and stop I would press play and it would start up and immediately stop again. I went to other shows and tried the same thing no change so if someone can fix this issue it would be appreciated. I was trying to watch rewired and it would stop and then go to the next one like I finished watching it, Tried a few more shows and the same thing. HELP Don't want to be paying for something that is not working for me. My number is 347-217-7188
I have a Philips TV and I cannot even watch Gaia anymore because it never loads it freezes it says I’ve got the wrong account number on and on and on beyond frustrating
My app freezes within a minute of playing I have reinstalled it deleted it unplugged TV. I am so over it I am ready to stop my membership I used to watch it all the time no problem until end of last year it kept doing it. I see it’s none if the TVs since other consumers seem to be having the very same issue

The app freezes on my Samsung TV after the 1-2 minute point of any yoga video. I have removed the app, logged out and in, unplugged TV and replugged it. Nothing works. Please help
