TELLO Status

My voicemail appears not to be working. I called myself on my Tello number and left a voicemail, however whereas it showed it that I had called, the voicemail message was not there. It is critical that I get vm messages. Is there a tech issue happening on the network? Is there something I can do to fix it?

I am in the Block Coding Section. After I code finish, I click the camera icon, but it kept loading until the program stop! What happened!!??

After a White I want to use the TelloHero again. The app on my Phone does not start and gives the massage that there is a bug in the app. Installing egain does not solve that.

The Tello app 1.6.0.1 doesn't work, since yesterday, on my Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G. Till yesterday was working fine. Best regards

Hi! If you want a fast solution, try Tello Edu app. It's not the same as Tello app but it does the job.

I only bought new drone last month. Tello app won't open on my phone. Keeps saying it has a bug. I paid 170euro in harvy Norman for tello drone. This is my second one to buy and I never had problem before.. I done everything. Uninstall and reinstall.. cleared cache. App won't even open. Please help.

hi there, i had the same problem and i found the solution on the internet from a gut from Argentina: The real problem is the app, to update the firmware you need to install the tello app v1.1.1 on android only (you can find it online) and a charge battery. Without the battery press and hold the power buttom and conect the charger, keep holdin the power buttom and insert the battery, when the green led turn off release the power buttom. It will turn a pulsing red light, connect the tello to your device and procede to install the firmware from the app. this work for me and i hope works for you.

Not receiver data

Tello app says it has a bug and to empty cache...did that, still not working. Uninstaller, downloaded app again, still won't open

bought a Tello Iand controller in 2019, worked great even bought stepson flymore pack and Tello. now after updating last year then again this year app will not even open on the same phone. became unstable first so I updated app and firmware, now after proprietary firmware update and app it looks like a waste if hundreds of dollars !!

Uninstall and get copy of app from dji site directly!!!

Unable to log in to My Tello app. Cannot receive one-time password via SMS. App says sent but I don't receive it.

My Tello app has worked for years but I got it all charged up this morning and now the app has a bug and unable to load on my Samsung S21. I've forced stops, reinstalled and even tried Tello Hero. Same problem.

The drone works how it is supposed to on my friends android phone but on my iPhone 11 the app won’t register it even if it says connected to Wi-Fi. I paid 150 dollars for this and it is upsetting that it is so incompatible even when it is advertised to support iOS.

Tello app has a bug. When I down load and install and try and start, it says it has a bug. When is it going to be fixed. I develop my own app using Android studio and It works great, except I cannot update firmware.
