Close and restart the Last War app on iPhone
Update Last War app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Last War iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Last War network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Last War not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Last War App
1. On android, goto Settings » Last War » click [Force Stop]

Update Last War to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Last War App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Last War » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Last War.

Fix Last War unable to contact server/ Last War internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Last War » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Last War » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
