I've had the streamer for a couple of weeks. My audiologist updated the device on her office PC. We had my iPhone 5s paired in about a minute. When I power on the streamer, it takes about 10 seconds give or take for OticonConnectLine to recognize it.
I listen to music all the time without a hiccup yet. Bluetooth is what it is with it's +/-'s. Those of you who are having connection issues, I would make sure your streamer isn't defective. It's probably not the apps fault if you can't connect, it's a Bluetooth issue and that's phone, streamer or hearing device.
I only gave OticonConnectLine three stars but I have to say these hearing aids changed my life and OticonConnectLine is a key part of it. OticonConnectLine itself needs some refining but it works.
OticonConnectLine itself: Program and mute buttons need a visual "on/off" cue. Take the battery gauge off of the about page and put it in the corner of OticonConnectLine screen. Mute button is pretty buggy, unusable for me. Make the mute button a little bigger. Add a volume meter next to the volume buttons, would be nice added functionality.
