What a disappointment. Over the last month, I tried three times to log in with a hearing professional and never successfully connected. You just sit on hold forever. Yesterday was the last straw. I sat on hold for 45 minutes to get help with my left HA. Going to the doctor will take less time.
This program don’t work well at all. It loses conductivity. It is very limited what a shame.

Unable to connect with my VA audiologist with several attempts. (4 - 5). We both contacted tech support with no help at all. Just watch the YouTube video was one answer I received. Don’t think tech support knows much about OticonRemoteCare . Like the hearing aid but not OticonRemoteCare.
I personally like OticonRemoteCare . I did need help from my hearing doctor but now that I have profiles and settings like I require them. I use OticonRemoteCare every day. The application helps me choose special hearing profiles created for me to hear better in situations that I normally struggle.
