I bought a new forehead thermometer from CVS and OUcare was suggested/ required. My issue is that it reads incorrectly. Two things the reading is way off or OUcare replies with the incorrect reading. For example, I take my daughter's temperature when I know she has a fever and I'm being told her temp is 98 or 97. I recheck by using an old thermometer (rectal) and I'm being told her temperature is 101.2. how can I trust the device or OUcare? Other issue is the screen states her temp is 98 but OUcare "verbally replies" 97. I'm taking this back and getting my money.$30 for nothing!!!

Got from CVS. Can’t get a consistent reading on the device itself. Connecting it to OUcare on my iPad and nothing.
This does not work with the digital thermometer. Thermometer connected directly to iPhone with adapter.

OUcare is totally useless. No instructions, not a single written words. It’s like an ikea manual from the bizarro world where nothing makes sense and you’ve got a lot of buttons. So much for the Bluetooth function.
It's a nice app and works exactly the way it described. It connects to Bluetooth well and super easy to use. I have it recorded my blood pressure along with other stats and help me keep track of major index my body health. I will definitely recommend OUcare to my other friends and family.
OUcare is great to keep track of my health. Defiantly recommend it to other people.

It does what it supposed to do which is 1) retrieve the temperature from the device and 2) store the temp and 3) as a bonus it speaks the temp!

Your app does not work with the digital thermometer connected with the adapter. Tested on iPhone 6 and iPad running IOS 15.2 The thermometer works as advertised. Your app needs work.
