Reading the new agreement, you'll see this in the section on "information we collect:"

I have no idea why a bank would need access to that. Reading further, you'll find:
-We may use your personal information to: comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities;...
Nothing wrong with that on the face of it, but combined with the watching seemingly all internet activity and everything we've learned about certain authoritative agencies over the last few months, I don't trust this language and will not be using KnoxvilleTVAEmployeesCU anymore.
