On top of somewhat regular issues just opening the app, they keep adding more ads into it. There is so much garbage on the account list page now that you have to scroll just to see your accounts. There is a “last login” banner at the top that shows the exact same info that is already at the bottom of the page, and now there are ads for your credit score and other bank products that push the actual account info so far down the page that you have to scroll to see it. This bank clearly has no one give any thought to customer input when adding new garbage to their app. Add to that the fact that the app constantly wants you to re-enter your password even right after you logged in and it’s clear this bank doesn’t not have any decent app developers. If you’re looking for a bank with good, useful, clutter-free online services; look elsewhere.

So some genius came up with the idea that they’re going to now charge you an extra five dollars if you want to make a payment either through the app or online. By the time that I finish making my car payment I will have paid them an extra month worth of car payments just to pay their fees.I don’t know who thinks that it’s convenient to charge people an extra five dollars to pay them this is stupid I will be absolutely finding a different bank to do business with I do not recommend using this credit union or whatever you wanna call it for anything

The app used to be okay, but now each time I go to login it has a spinning wheel of death. Most Sunday’s I am unable to login at all. My husband has the same issue on a different device. Doesn’t matter if it’s on WiFi or cellular, and my husband has the same issue on his device. There are days I go to login and the spinning wheel doesn’t go away but it will still let me see my accounts. Whatever has changed within the last 4 months has tanked the user experience. Do better.
