I love Aloha Pacific. A few things missing. Debit card management via app, mobile deposit funds availability, multiple checking accounts. I need 3 checking accounts to budget my monthly finances and having to open 2 membership accounts isn’t convenient for me. I currently have 2 separate accounts and would love to have multiple checking under one member number please.

Usually AlohaPacificFCU is wonderful. However, since upgrading my phone to an iPhone 12 I've had nothing but problems with the mobile deposit function. I keep getting errors about my check being not well lit, or my check is bent, and other malfunctions which after speaking with your representatives is not the issue. Please fix this. I would really have to hate switching banks because of something so small.

Not only have I had fantastic service at each of the other branches in Kapolei, Aiea, Honolulu, and Waialae... there is a special place in my heart for the staff in Waikele! They are very personable, friendly, and helpful beyond measure! They have helped our family to become more financially stable and continues to offer greater benefits! We love Aloha Pacific Federal Credit Union!!

I truly appreciate the customer service I have been receiving from Aloha Pacific. All calls I have experienced are exceptional with the representatives being very professional and welcoming.

Is there any way we can have more then just 6 transfers total? I would like to know if there’s any way I can get more so I can transfer money through my phone. Please let me know ASAP!

Haven’t had any problems with AlohaPacificFCU . I’m able to quickly transfer money between savings and checking 🤙

Aloha Pacific is the best I live in Vegas and I’m from Hawaii and there’s branches in both places and the people in the branches are so wonderful and so helpful when I’m in there

Why don’t your CREDIT CARD INFORMATION REFLECT THE BALANCE PAID OFF IMMEDIATELY. I pay it, and it reflects to days from today

No problems yet and it’s been several years with the bank and app.

Didn't want to write this review until I felt like I've used AlohaPacificFCU long enough to like it or not. App works perfectly to keep track of my accounts. You can also turn on notifications on your phone to let you know there has a been a large withdrawal or deposit. Easy to deposit checks online. Love the eye scan feature to log in. Great app!

Been waiting for this feature. So glad we can make mobile deposits now thru an app that is easy to use and smooth. No need to drive to a branch or ATM to make a check deposit. So convenient. Awesome!

I use AlohaPacificFCU frequently for mobile banking. It has saved me so many trips to the bank and I no longer get receipts from ATMs since I can just check my balance here.

Due to this pandemic situation, banking has never been so easy for me! I appreciate the easy, user friendly app to handle my business anywhere! If I have questions a simple phone call and excellent customer service takes care of it. I miss the staff at Waikele! Much mahalo!! Julie C
