Several times a week it will have difficulty with logging in. Can’t log in evening times most nights. It will reset the next day usually but makes it where don’t have access to account information. VERY FRUSTRATING

I have been with communication for many, many years and am seriously considering switching banks. I love the mobile applications that prevent me from having to drive to a branch since I don’t have one nearby, but the features like mobile check deposit literally never work for me. I have used it on multiple occasions and have had to try at least 4 to 5 times to have my checks go through. I have contacted the credit union each time and they say it is CFCU ’s “sensitivity”. It’s not convenient if it’s unusable.

I switched to a credit union for the personal service, convenient location to my house and better loan terms. However, it’s almost 2019 and they have no idea how to design, implement and support an app. It rarely works, there is no iPad native app and they don’t even bother to update the locations. The one I joined by my house isn’t even shown on their locations map. If you only back in person, then this doesn’t matter, but, if you bank like most people (remotely) then you may want to consider a different bank. I also have accounts with BOK and their app works perfectly.

Bank app doesn’t work well. It’s locked me out of internal account transfers several times due to a glitch in the system. The people in the credit unions are the best though. Only reason I keep up with them. They go above and beyond which makes this review tough. They need to redesign CFCU!!

After the last update - it keeps force closing! Soooo frustrating. I have the latest update on everything. Tried to go to the website and it lists an old phone number so I can’t get in that way. Every time I call I’m on hold. I can’t wait to pay off this car so I don’t have to deal with this bank ever again :(

I like CFCU and it’s pretty simple to use except it won’t take me to the payment page. It will ask me for my password and then take me to an agreement page and then bring up a message that states. Unable to process your request at this time please try again later. I’ve had CFCU for a couple of days and each day all day long it tells me this. still unable to make a payment on my loan please fix this. Will update again soon when issue is fixed.

I just switched banks and now I wished I hadn’t. CFCU is very limited. Basically it’s a list of transactions. It doesn’t keep a running balance after each transaction. I also have deposit text notifications set and my payroll deposits are available on Friday mornings but I don’t get a text notification until midnight Friday.

While CFCU is handy, it's only handy when it's actually working. I try to log into it and it seems like every time it gives me an error. After 9 at night you might as well not even try. It MAY work through out the day before then.
The features are nice but the inability to use CFCU makes it annoying.

CFCU ALWAYS drops credentials after updating. This is very annoying, and appears to have been going on for over a year based on other reviews. Fix it!

CFCU is mostly great, but it won’t let me do anything on my this app credit card account, except see the remaining credit.
It won’t show the activity or allow me to make a payment. Why?! Please fix it.

I love CFCU, I love this credit union!! The only thing I am BEGGING to be added is the ability to add a note to internal transfers between accounts. It would be so much easier to keep track of what transfers are/were for if you could add a simple note. Most bank apps I know of have the ability.

I had have the excellent opportunity to use and interact with the high excellent quality services this app offer. In-person banking, online banking, or mobile banking all of their services are great. And, what really matters to me is how important they have take care of my needs as a customer.

I Use this everyday so convenient to check balance, make transfers anytime you want without calling.

this app has been nothing but great ever since my fiancé and I have signed up! Their staff makes everything easy and I’m looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!

The interface is easy to navigate and if you have any problems, my goodness are the folks that do the customer service nice, friendly and helpful.

CFCU is a life saver. I can check balances, transfer money and see my credit score. I can deposit checks and pay bills if I want to. The only time I need to drive to a branch is for checks. Plus, it’s just so easy to use. One of my favorite perks of being a this app member.

CFCU is an easy and convenient way to access your account and make check deposits at the palm of your hands. You can transfer money around from your account to to your kids account without having the inconvenience of going to the bank or having to call ❤️ it!!!

It’s serviceable when it works but so often malfunctions. Extremely close to switching banks due to this problem alone. Update on CFCU still terrible and now switching banks. What a shame since I’ve been a member for so many years.

Why did you remove the balance per transaction, please add this feature back

I have facial ID setup on my iPhone. It seems to have lost it and I can’t get it back. I log in. Turn off facial id, log out. Reboot phone. Touch the facial id icon on the ComFed app it takes me to a log in. I log in and it takes me to the settings where I turn the facial id back on. I log off again and go back to log on and it doesn’t work still. It’s aggravating. I like that feature on my phone and I want it to work correctly.

So easy and convenient. I use it all the time!!!

Every version of CFCU gets worse and worse. I have been with communication federal for tens of years now. They don't offer any support for third-party apps such as mint!!! Now they want me to authenticate with at least one of five Pass Phrases every time I login. No support for the fingerprint scanner. No support for Apple Pay, and the list goes on and on! And this review is not based on my technical abilities I've been the IT manager for an oil and gas company for the past 15 years.

Update: Just wanted to say looking at the graph here in the AppStore NO ONE LIKES THIS STUPID APPLICATION!!! Communication Federal Credit Union listen to your customers and fix it before you have far fewer customers!!!
