I constantly get error messages when I try to log on. Although I have Face ID turned on it sometimes asked me to put it my password. I guess it depends on what it feels like doing for the day. When I finally am able to get it I constantly get kicked out having to restart the whole login process. When I’m in it’s ok. Takes a while to load. Also when you ask to chat you have to answer 4 security questions before getting an answer. It’s just a pain!

The new app isn’t as good as the old one. At least you could login with it. Should’ve fixed the bugs before ever releasing the new one. Having to go in and set up Touch ID EVERY SINGLE TIME is a pain, and that’s if your lucky enough to actually get logged in.

i wrote down my passwords and stuff so i know what i’m putting in is right , but ACFCU is always saying i am unable to log in. the old app worked fine. fix this. ACFCU is an inconvenience.

ACFCU is so horrible, it doesn’t work half of the time and most of the time when you do a transfer it will be “ unable to process “ then next thing you know, you transferred double of what you originally wanted to. It rarely saves your log in information, even if you use face id. the old this app app was so much better. I wish they improved this one, it’s an inconvenience not being able access your own banking information.

I can never go a whole month without ACFCU logging me out and when I try to log in it says there was a error. So done with this bank I’m about to switch to another 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

This new app is horrible! It lags when opening, usually gives errors stating credentials are incorrect, can’t have more than one account to view, and external transfers are impossible! Please update or bring back the old app!

As everyone else said logging in is a huge problem. There’s always some sort of dumb error popping up and ACFCU is always crashing. It logs me out every single time even though I have Face ID enabled. I’m so close to changing banks honestly. Get your app together.

Whoever thinks it does work great probably works for the organization. This is the worst banking app I’ve used. It lags, it doesn’t let me log in half the time or more. The least user friendly app to my knowledge, but we don’t have a choice. May need to just switch banks. It’s the worst!!

I hate ACFCU. Some times it works sometimes it don’t. Sometimes I have to enter my log in and password sometimes I don’t. When I go to transfer money it will say unable to process then turns out is double the amount. Right now I’m locked out of it I hate ACFCU!

App is always closing or not opening. I never can get in ACFCU without a issue of not being able to see my accounts or getting into app or getting kicked out. I have deleted app and reinstalled it with same issues that I should not have on a newest iPhone.

It’s always been such a headache dealing with their online banking nothing is ever quick and painless it’s like passwords and security just magically changes and when it decides to work briefly it will pull up an error and the actual people at the bank are no help once so ever. ACFCU is a joke and so is your customer service/support center

App will crash often. Logs you out and won’t let you log back in, even when password is already saved into you phone. Mobile deposits get rejected without reason. It’s come a long way but still has some catching up to do. I find myself having to drive to bank often.

ACFCU crashes constantly for an unknown reason. ACFCU then has a pop up stating to contact customer support. You close it and it then works. This has been a constant problem.
