How to fix RMS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RMS app on iPhone
Update RMS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RMS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RMS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RMS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Fix RMS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent RMS app issues:

Force Stop the RMS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click RMS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update RMS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RMS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "RMS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch RMS.

Fix RMS unable to contact server/ RMS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click RMS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got RMS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RMS on android.
