FirstCommunityBankSC stinks compared to other banking apps. Seemingly random, it will lock you out and force you to use a desktop to reset your password. There is no warning, nothing to indicate that this is about to happen. I have been on business trips with no access to a desktop or laptop and have been locked out from my account. FirstCommunityBankSC needs to be updated to provide ample warning of password change timeframe. Also, if you are using a VPN, a large part of the time FirstCommunityBankSC refuses to function. Absolutely ridiculous that I have to turn off my security in order to check my bank account. That seems totally counterintuitive and an anathama to security.
Love using FirstCommunityBankSC. Or at least I did til the new update came out a few days ago. Now I can't even open FirstCommunityBankSC . It crashes about 1 second after I try to open it. Needs to be fixed asap please!

Please update the login page. FirstCommunityBankSC keeps claiming my login info is wrong. Been using my browser to check my account so I know the info is not wrong. Pretty useless app if you can’t login ever.
I can’t sign in when I need too! I don’t know if it’s the banks problem or mine but I assume it’s the banks! I have no email regarding the status of my account that I’m denied entry into. “Sorry we couldn’t process your request.” The website is even buggier. It won’t even let me click on the option to send a SMS code to my phone! I’m seriously thinking about changing banks at this point. The purchases I’m trying to make also won’t go through. Dear first community, get it together! 😤🤬
Before you download FirstCommunityBankSC please don’t waste your time doing it. There is a reason it only has 2.5 stars. For me it logged me out every time and disabled my password. So no I have to call them again and do the whole process over again. It
not sure why but they have blocked the ability to download this to your ipad. Personally, there is no way I'm putting my financial info on my phone - which i misplace all the time - however, my ipad, which i use pretty much exclusively at my house, I would. Please make this available for use on the ipad. the iphone format is fine but blocking it from the ipad is just silly.
I seriously hate FirstCommunityBankSC. Never works half the time, especially when you really need it to. Then the description of whatever place you spent money at is cut off half the time so you can't even read what it says. For example, right now I have a charge of $50 on my account that I didn't spend and the name of the place is cut off so I have no idea where that money went to....SO ANNOYING.

I’m always having to reboot FirstCommunityBankSC because it keeps shutting me out. Even though I “save” the password and use facial recognition….it is unacceptable. Y’all really need to fix this with an upgrade asap!
I have never used a banking app as bad as this one. Always getting locked out and having to call them. Always deleting FirstCommunityBankSC and reinstalling because it won’t come up.
I’ve had this bank app for months and I’ve had to authenticate my account countless times and I can never get back in I have to go through the task of having to go online and put in my info and my last statement balance and change my password countless times and I am getting fed up and about to delete FirstCommunityBankSC for good
Always when I need it most it’s down. And it will lock you out “for security” for anything. And they will update it and not let users know. They also need an new password so many times I can’t think of any new ones!
FirstCommunityBankSC frequently locks out users. You can reach support Monday through Friday so it puts you in a tough spot if you’re trying to login over the weekend to verify funds in your account.
