I used StLouisCommunityCU to freeze my card occasionally prevent unwanted charges. When you try to unfreeze your card to make a purchase StLouisCommunityCU constantly give you an error and tell you to try again (useless) or call the credit union. Except if it’s after business hours or a weekend no one can help you. So you basically have no access to your money. Fix this now!
I keep getting a certificate error message and have to shut my phone off or delete StLouisCommunityCU and reinstall. I never had these issues until the past few months. I used to be able to make mobile deposits but I’m tired of constantly getting an error message.
In 2020 I still have to wait almost ten days for a new check to clear...there’s no mobile check deposit either..StLouisCommunityCU is pretty basic but imo it’s useless without the mobile check deposit..that’s my entire reason for wanting StLouisCommunityCU ..
Been a customer of this CU for 5 years while using StLouisCommunityCU frequently, and now with the update the bank has given my login credentials to another member, without even notifying me. Unbelievably bad way to go about updating their tech. 🤯
StLouisCommunityCU hasn’t worked for about a week now. If I cannot use an app for convenience, I’ll take my business elsewhere. This is bad business.

Really wish mobile app accepted deposits & that debit card could be used for Apple Pay
